To manage your Friend Requests, select the Social button in the Options menu. From here, you can choose to automatically accept or reject all incoming Friend Requests, and adjust your Player Profile discoverability. 

Toggling off Discoverable will prevent your Player Profile from appearing when other players use the Find Friends feature.
