A Support ID is a unique code the Monster-Handlers use to identify your account. It should only be shared when contacting Big Blue Bubble Support.

You can find your Support ID in the Options menu under Support. Example: 1a2bc3defg

To keep your account secure, do not share your Support ID with others.
