To access your progress on a new device, your account must be secured to an email, Game Center or Apple account. Once you’ve secured your account, follow the steps below:
- Download My Singing Monsters on your new device
- Start the game and finish the tutorial
- Select “Options”
- Select “Log Out”
- Select “Change User”
- Select Email / Game Center / Sign in with Apple
Can I carry over or transfer my Mobile game progress to Steam?
My Singing Monsters on PC is a standalone experience; progress made on mobile does not carry over to the Steam version, and the Monster-Handlers cannot transfer progress between Steam and mobile platforms.
Note:
If you are transferring a Game Center / Apple account to an Android or Amazon device you must change your login method.
To change your login method, you will need to create a new account using your desired login method. Once you’ve created the account, you will need to contact the Monster-Handlers using the form below with your Support ID from both the account you would like your progress transferred to and your original account.
