Facebook logins are no longer supported. The good news is, we can save your progress to an email address and get you back to Monstering!
Follow these steps to recover your My Singing Monsters account that was previously secured with Facebook.
1. Visit our Facebook Account Recovery page.
2. Find your Facebook User ID for My Singing Monsters:
On desktop:
- Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
- Select ⚙ Settings & privacy, then click ⚙ Settings.
- Click Apps and Websites in the left side menu under Your activity.
- Click View and Edit next to My Singing Monsters.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Your user ID can be found and copied from this section.
On mobile:
- Tap ☰ Menu in the top right of Facebook.
- Scroll down and tap ⚙ Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
- Scroll down to the Your activity section and tap Apps and websites.
- Tap on My Singing Monsters.
- Scroll down to the bottom. Your user ID can be found and copied from this section.

Once you’ve located your Facebook User ID, copy and paste it into the Facebook User ID field on the Facebook Account Recovery page.
3. Enter the email address you’d like to save your My Singing Monsters account progress to in both fields provided. This does not have to be the same email address as your Facebook account.
This email must not already be secured to another My Singing Monsters account.
4. Select ‘Go’ to secure your account to your email address. You’ll receive a Password Recovery email.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. You can then log in using your email and new password!
