If you haven’t received your purchase after 48 hours, please contact the Monster-Handlers for assistance crediting your missing purchase. Please be sure to include a receipt or transaction ID.

On iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases
  3. Tap View Account; you may be asked to sign in.
  4. Scroll to Purchase History
  5. Find the item, then tap Total Billed.
  6. From here, you can send yourself a new email receipt; tap Resend.
Please send us a copy of the receipt or a screenshot of your Purchase History and attach it as a file. We can then work towards crediting your account appropriately.
 

On Android:

After you make a purchase on Google Play, you’ll receive a confirmation email that you can use as a receipt. You can find your transaction ID on this receipt.

If you can’t find your confirmation email containing the transaction ID, you can get a receipt online:
  1. Visit pay.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
  2. On the left, click Activity.
  3. Select an order to see your receipt.
The transaction ID (looks similar to this - GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) at the bottom of the document must be visible on the screenshot.
 

On Amazon:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account
  2. On the right, select Accounts & Lists
  3. Go to Orders
  4. Select an order to see your receipt
Please send us a copy of the receipt or a screenshot of your order. We can then work towards crediting your account appropriately.
