If you haven’t received your purchase after 48 hours, please contact the Monster-Handlers for assistance crediting your missing purchase. Please be sure to include a receipt or transaction ID.


On Amazon:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account
  2. On the right, select Accounts & Lists
  3. Go to Orders
  4. Select an order to see your receipt

Please send us a copy of the receipt or a screenshot of your order. We can then work towards crediting your account appropriately.
