If it seems like your Diamonds have disappeared, it’s because they’ve somehow been spent. This can happen if another person has used the Diamonds (like a friend or family member).

The game cannot use Diamonds on its own; purchases must be requested by the player. Accidental purchases are a possibility, though we’ve added a series of confirmation steps to minimize accidental spending.

To prevent these instances from happening in the future, please remember to lock your screen after playing. If you’ve logged into your account on someone else’s device, remember to log out when you’re done.
