My Singing Monsters game progress is saved when secured to a login method. The available login methods are:
- Email: Available on any mobile device
- Apple / Game Center: Only available on iOS devices
- Google: Only available on Android devices
- Amazon: Only available on Amazon devices
- Facebook: No longer supported for login
If your account was secured using one of these login methods (excluding Facebook), follow these steps to log back in:
- Open the Options menu and select Logout
- From the title screen, select Log In
- Select your account’s login method
What if my account wasn't secured to a login method?
If you were playing on a Guest account, please contact the Monster-Handlers for further assistance by using the Recover My Account button at the bottom of this page.
Before reaching out, make sure to create a new account on your device. Then include the Support ID of that new account on the form (found in the Options menu under Support) along with as much of the following information as possible:
- Level of the lost account
- Display name of the lost account
- Friend Codes or display names of any friends added to the lost account
