The Torch icons indicate the status of each Wishing Torch on your Island:
Blue - Permanently lit Wishing Torch
Orange - Temporarily lit Wishing Torch
Grey - Unlit Wishing Torch
Black - Unpurchased Wishing Torch

Wishing Torches can be purchased from the Market (maximum 10 per Island).
